| Course Description |
To orientate students to the knowledge and skills that are fundamental for nursing practice which will enable them to practice safely in various health care settings bound by professional, ethical, legal and Malay Islamic Monarchy (MIB) values. The module integrates the knowledge from the biological, psycho-social sciences and spiritual aspects of care. These equip students to perceive, understand and care for clients as individuals within a healthcare context. Clinical skills practice and experience are integrated into this module focusing on the fundamental client care skills. It also develops students’ awareness to practice individualized care in a systematic way.
