| Course Description |
Climate change represents, to many people, the single greatest environmental threat to the existence of human life on this planet. On the other hand, other people are dismissive of the perceived threats posed by this issue. This module aims to present the evidence concerning climate change in such a way that students will be more informed about the issue and be able to separate facts from hyperbole. They should also obtain a better understanding of the scientific process that aims to present unbiased factual results. Students will also be made aware of the political and commercial dimensions that have entered into climate change discussions.
