| Course Description | The course is designed to give learners basic skill for communication in Thai. It is an integrated course with equal emphasis on the four skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening. The aim is to introduce learners to the basic Thai phonetics and writing patterns. At the end of the course, learners should be able to hold simple short conversations on common topics and situations, express opinions in a simple form, read short texts and write at a short paragraph levels. |
