Upon completion of this module, students should be able to aappreciate the importance of strategic change effort which helps organizations to achieve greater effectiveness and function better in today’s increasingly interdependent, complex and competitive world. In addition, students will also be able to understand the systematic process of organisational development (OD), intervention techniques, strategies and models and other aspects of OD as a means of managing organisational change effort; able to determine applicability, utility and viability of this OD approach as a means of managing change.
