Course Description |
Upon completion of this module, students should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of the concepts involved in designing and analyzing organizations and to appreciate the importance of creating structures and processes that enable people to work effectively toward the achievement of their goals. In addition, students will also be able to understand some of the basic analytical tools in order to design better organizational framework and work systems.
