The module aims to provide students with an understanding of the basic principles, policies and practices related to the procurement, development, utilization and retention of the human capital within an organization. Upon completion, students will be able to appreciate the interactions that are involved in the human resource functional areas such as strategic human capital management, planning, recruitment and selection, development, performance management and talent development.
