| Course Description |
This module presents a general overview of ethical treatises and theories across a variety of philosophical traditions. As ethics analyses moral judgment and moral rule this module would view how these and related questions are discussed by different philosophers from different backgrounds. The aim of the module is to investigate and compare philosophical and moralistic positions on ethical issues through a consideration of excerpts from a variety of philosophical and theological texts.
