Course Description  A basic knowledge of quantitative methods is necessary for a wide variety of environmental field studies. With an increasing amount of numeric data being collected and made available worldwide, it is advantageous for students to be able to utilise this information in a systematic manner. The main aim of this module is therefore to enable students who do not have a strong mathematical background to acquire some basic knowledge and understanding of quantitative methods to allow them to correctly analyse and interpret quantitative data.
