| Course Description |
This module will enhance students’ understanding of the management and leadership abilities in a public agency. It aims to provide an excellent starting point for students interested in public sector management scholarship. By the end of this module, students will understand the strategic role of the public sector, as well as the major shifts in approaches and the key current issues in public sector management. Students will also learn how to improve planning and decision-making, and strengthen all around performance and leadership, using different perspectives such as political science, management, sociology and economics.
