| Course Description |
At the end of the module, students will be expected to understand the various aspects of land administration in a developing country, and its impact on both rural and urban communities. They will also be expected to know the conditions necessary to achieving effective land administration in a developing country, the political, institutional and cultural obstacles which may prevent this goal from being achieved, and how such obstacles may be overcome through land reform programs.
